Jeff grew up in southeast New Mexico on his family’s farm and joined the family business after earning a Bachelor’s of Arts in History at New Mexico State University.  He caught his mother’s interest in architectural design and had early exposure to construction and trades when his parents self-built the family home and helped manage their church’s new building project.  Jeff got his own hands-on education rebuilding the farmhouse where he and his wife Meredith would bring home their first child, and later buying and renovating a rental home in town. 

In 2022 Jeff became licensed as a real estate agent in New Mexico.  The Mayberry's moved from the desert to the mountains of East Tennessee in the winter of 2023 where they love to hike, explore the outdoors, and enjoy the southern hospitality of this magical area.
